The stay at Torre Azul & Spa was refreshing. The pool area boasts a fantastic selection of drinks, perfect for a sunny day. Loved the powerful shower and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable during the warm nights. Proximity to a bus stop made trips into Palma easy. Enjoyed the spa treatments, especially the Finnish sauna, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the lack of a kettle or coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The noise from guests at night was quite bothersome, with slamming doors and loud conversations disrupting my sleep. The dining experience lacked excitement. the food wasn’t always hot, and the buffet setup didn’t keep the dishes warm. However, the staff made up for these shortcomings with their exceptional service. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs some improvements in room amenities and soundproofing.

Clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent drinks by the pool area. The meat at dinner was tough sometimes. Fun themed dinner nights available.

The room was clean but a bit dated, and the shower pressure was solid. However, the lack of blankets made it chilly at night, which was disappointing. I felt like more basic amenities could’ve been provided to make it cozier. Overall, it could use some upgrades.

Decent Stay with a Few Hiccups
Spent four nights enjoying a clean atmosphere and helpful reception staff. Proximity to the vibrant beach and marina was a plus. The breakfast offered variety, but remember to ask about specific dishes for a better experience. Consider bringing an eye mask for bright mornings.

great stay , but minor improvements needed
The sea view from our balcony added to the charm of our stay. The dining area had ample seating, making every meal a pleasant experience.
The only downside was the lack of variety in the dinner menu.

Couple's Nice getaway, but not cheap
Staff was really friendly and welcoming, especially the male receptionists who always had a smile on their faces! The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices with a chef ready to cook omelettes or pancakes just the way you like it.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you know what? it was still acceptable.
